Does anyone have (or know of) routines to calculate the eigenvalues
and eigenvectors for a non-symmetric complex array?

Using the IDL routines, HQR, and ELMHES, it is possible to calculate
eigenvalues and eigenvectors for nonsymmetric real arrays, but
unfortunately, these routines do not seem to handle complex arrays.
