Hello Nagesh Mallugari,

I'm not sure, but the problem could come from the 'Out of environment
space' errors you get in the first place. If I remember right,
win95/MS-DOS has limited environment space, which means that when you
have eg. a very long path-variable set, you are likely to run into
environment problems when trying to set a whole bunch of new
env-variables. When these variables are not set, the rest of the programs
can't find them, etcetc...

Try running the c:\msdev\bin\vcvars32 program with as little env-space
occupied as possible. Delete all those unneeded path's from your
path-variable will make a good start.

Succes,
