How many people are planning to sign up for the maintenance contract and
upgrade to IDL v3.1? I would do it if I only had one machine but I can't
justify $1000/yr for our four machines when v3.0 does most of what we want
(As an aside are there any features of v3.1 that are particularly useful?)
and I can't maintain different versions on the different machines (because
of compatibilty considerations).

While RSI's rate is not unreasonable, it gets too expensive for multi-
machine sites.
