Hi Folks,
I appreciate so many of you hounding me about when my book
will be available, I really do. But I can't handle one more
distraction. :-(
Here is the scoop.
The printer tests are done. The graphics are going to look
great. I got my ISBN number two days ago (ISBN 0-9662383-0-3).
I expect the final cover art back this afternoon or tomorrow.
I am making the penultimate final pass through the manual
looking for typos, fixing figures, etc. I have been working
about 20 hours a day for the past 2-3 weeks to get all of
this done. I've never felt so much pressure, although I can't
say why, since it all seems to be self-imposed, except for
the constant e-mail traffic.
Anyway, my wife is ready to leave me. My kids don't
recognize me. My bank balance is pretty much shot to
hell. And someone told me the other day that it is time
for Christmas!? I think the book is *almost* done. :-)
I will have everything I can do wrapped up by next week.
After that, it is pretty much up to the printers. I am
hoping beyond hope that I can put one of these books under
the Christmas tree for my wife. It is *just* what she
wants. :-)
I'll let you all know the moment it is ready. I do have
an order form on my web page for those of you thinking
that this would make a great stocking stuffer. :-)
