Hi Craig,

nice job! (although a fair portion of the credit should go to David as
you point out). One thing:
\playing around with the various paper sizes, I noticed that
"landscape full" etc. are not re-scaled when you change the paper size.
This would greatly enhance the usability of your Default settings. I
guess you should re-calculate the plot size by keeping the margins
constant. It's up to you whether you want to do this as soon as the
paper size is changed, or only after selecting the e.g. "full landscape"
setting again.
