Hi Folks,
I upgraded my e-mail software today and somehow in the process
managed to completely lose my IN file folder. (All the others
were transferred intact.) As a result, I lost about 4 e-mail
messages that I had just read 5 minutes earlier.
One message that I cannot recover was from someone in Germany
who wanted to order my book. This was a message, I believe,
from the librarian of the company. They needed to have a
formal invoice and the details of wiring payment into my
account. I am sorry, but I do not remember any more about
the message than that. If this sounds like something that
might be happening at your company, could you contact me
and I will do what I can to sort the situation out.
