We recently upgraded from IDL 4 to IDL 5.0.2. We are checking out
software to see if it runs. I found a inconsistency for the keywords
of linfit.
In IDL 4 the keywords are CHISQR, PROB, SDEV, SIGAB.
In IDL 5 the keywords are CHISQ, PROB, SDEV, SIGMA, DOUBLE.

In my program I was using CHISQR and SIGAB and getting errors
like this

% XMANAGER: Caught unexpected error from client application. Message
follows...
% IGAMMA: Failed to converge within given parameters.
% Program caused arithmetic error: Floating divide by 0
% Program caused arithmetic error: Floating illegal operand
