Most of the contouring I do is of irregular data over a polar grid
(the North Pole, to be exact). Thus, I make extensive use of triangulate
and trigrid to interpolate the data into something contour can handle.
Often, I have the problem that an anomalous line of zero data appears which
starts in the middle and goes out to the right. I've determined that it is
not in the original data but only in the interpolated data. It's not even
close to the Greenwich meridian (where the data wraps around).
Has anyone had any problems like this before with triangulate?
thanks,
pat
