I am looking to measure regional left ventricular wall motion and
thickening from gated MRI images which would require detecting the epi-
and endo- cardial borders. I was wondering if there were any sites that
contain "pvwave" source to produce the necessary edge detection, or if
any one out there has already done something similar and could give me a
few pointers.
