I have to go with David on this one. I've never changed my Working Folder,
and I used to have separate partitions for data and applications. I don't
recall any Mac-specific problems relating to HDF.

Well, I suppose anything can happen with computers, but
this seems strange. I suspect something else is wrong with
the program. :-)
