RSI anonymous ftp site:

P.S. I've found RSI's support improved. It is very rare
that I don't hear from someone within 24 hours. Problems
are not always solved in that time (I ask pretty hard
questions these days), but they certainly make an effort
to keep me up to date on their progress.
