Hi,

I seem to be having problems getting the call_external example (dlltst32)
in IDL 5 to work.

If I compile the c source using either Borland C 4.5 or Visual C 5.0,
the DLL is created OK, but when it is called from the IDL program I get an
error message:-

"CALL_EXTERNAL: Entry TestOne not found in DLL dlltst32.dll"

I seem to remember from the newsgroup that I need to create a .DEF file
for some obscure reason, but don't have a clue how to create it.

Any advice for a novice windows programmer would be most welcome.

Thanks

Calum.....
