Hi all,
try:
window,xsize=0
I get:
% X windows protocol error: BadValue (integer parameter out of range for
operation).
% X windows protocol error: BadValue (integer parameter out of range for
operation).
% X windows protocol error: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter).
% X windows protocol error: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter).
on an IBM RS6000-39H with AIX 4.1 -- and I don't get back to the IDL
prompt, so I have to kill it. Is this a known bug ?
Martin.

Uh, *why*?!
There are a couple of people in this newsgroup who are going
completely over the edge. Get a grip, folks. It is Friday
night for goodness sake.
Keep an eye on my web page for an announcement of an IDL
12-Step Group. We will be meeting on Friday evenings and on
all holiday weekends from now until the end of the year. :-)
Cheers,
David
P.S. I get a VERY thin window on my machine. :-)
