Satellite Image Data-Map Projection Question [message #11613]

Hello,

Here is my problem: I have satellite image data (GOES-8) in the form
of an array(180X80) with cooresponding latitudes (180x80 array) and
longitudes (180x80). Looking through the user manual I found that I
could use map_image, but the arguments of lat,lon are vectors, not
arrays. Basically I would like to map my satellite image, with the
latitude-longitude array information, to a map projection. If
anyone could help I would appreciate it.
