Hi,
I want to use PV-WAVE to plot some contour (& other) plots overlaid on
maps of the world. These maps should be in Mercator and polar
projections (and possibly others as well). I also want to be able to
select a region of such an overlay with the mouse, and find out what
region of the map and part of the contour plot is contained in the
selected region.
Has anyone been able to use PV-WAVE's (unsupported) Map Library for
this purpose? It handles the drawing of maps directly, but what about
the overlaying of plots and selection of regions from such plots?
Failing this, has anyone been able to do something like this in some
other way?
