Anyone have a routine for putting header and footers on an
IDL plot page ? The routine should not depend upon page
size or layout. It really should not depend upon the graphics
driver (although I only use PostScript and X). It seems like
this could be done with device coordinates and I could probably
write it myself, but if anyone can save me the time...
