Hi all,
Sorry if this is a no-brainer, but I'm stuck with an annoying problem
and need a little help.
I'm running IDL 5.1 on WIN_NT. When I have an open IDL session, I'd
like to open a '.pro' file from Windows Explorer NT without opening
another IDL session. Under the Folder Options -- Edit File Type
dialog box in Explorer, the 'Browse in Same Window' option is
desensitized so I can't toggle it. According to HELP this is the
option I need. My system administrator suggested it was an IDL
'feature' and told me he couldn't help me. I am constantly needing to
open files I have found through the Explorer FIND tool and not being
able to do through that window is extremely aggravating. Thanks in
advance for the help.
