Hi -

I am trying to run code with the RPC routines in IDL, but I can't
get them to compile with the library included. In fact, it is this
library that seems to return all of the linker errors! The RPC
didn't work on 4.0 when I started last year to use them, and I spent
a month rewriting everything; now I couldn't do that if I tried,
because I have no source code for the libraries. Anyone seen a similar
problem?

Keith

I'm not sure I understand what the problem is.

The problem I ran into was compiler errors when compiling the
idl_rpc_obsolete file - but the errors could just be ignored as far as
I remember. Keith's problem seems to be with the linking of the
library. Some more specific descriptions of the errors would be nice.
