On a hard-copy (postscript) plot, how does one get the plot window (the
area inside the box, where the data points roam) to be, say, precisely
10 by 12 cm?
(Or equivalently, how does one get, say, 100 user units to correspond to
exactly 2 cm on the hard copy? - So that one can conveniently measure
with a ruler on the plot.)

Thanks, Kristian
