When contouring with /follow PV-Wave tries to decide where and when to
label contours. My problem is that quite a few contour labels occur
right at the edge of the graphics window with significant parts of the
labels clipped.

What's the easiest way to force contour to label the contours away
from the edges?!

C_CHARTHICK in IDL 5.1.1. I don't know about earlier versions
of IDL.
