what's .putdeviceprop, please? [message #13022]

Hi!
I got a error message when I execute gs with pbmplus tool kits. to
transfer ps to GIF format. It's no problem when I did the same step
with the other .ps file. But one of them cause the error message which
is told

"Unrecoverable error: limitcheck in .putdeviceprops"

I think it's a problem caused by my .ps file, but I don't understand the
error message very well. Does anybody know??
