I just tried to acces the FTP site 128.244.147.18 that as mentioned a few
posts ago and it won't let me on. It says that it can not set guest
privelegs. Are there any other FTP sites I might try.

We had a short power failure at this site. It should be accessable
now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
