CGM files are in a vector form so there is no resolution set at the time of
drawing, meaning you can scale them to whatever size you like later.
Usually you get asked for a the number of x, y pixels when trying to put the
CGM file into a bitmap type graphics editor like Paintshop Pro or Corel.
