Hi Folks,
I see the good folks at Amazon.com have listed my book,
IDL Programming Techniques, on their fine site. I've
written some author's comments, but it would be nice
to see a few other opinions about this book as well.
It might even encourage Amazon to contact me and order
a copy or two. :-)
If you have strong feelings one way or the other, I'd like to
encourage you to go to the Amazon site (http://www.amazon.com/),
search for "IDL Programming Techniques", and write a
review of the book. Your comments will appear within a
couple of days, as I understand the process.
If you would love to write a review but you haven't yet
purchased a copy of the book, I'm always happy to give
my friends on the IDL newsgroup a 10% discount. All you
have to do is ask. And, of course, order the book from me. :-)
