Does anyone know how to make MAP_SET draw a map which crosses over
the Date Line? MAP_SET seems to *really* want you to plot the in range
[-180,180] for longitude. I've tried several permutations of longitudes
and such to generate a nice map of the Pacific rim. Every time I need to
include the Date Line, however, MAP_SET gets confused. Yuck!
