Hi,
Here at the Danish Met. Institute my colleague Uffe Andersen has written a
shared object and an idl routine based on a little fortran and ECMWF's grib
code. I am not sure, however, if the ECMWF code is public; you will have to
ask them. -You are welcome to have our interface routines if you like.
