Once upon a time, setting
Idl*background: <bgcolor>
Idl*foreground: <fgcolor>
in $HOME/.Xresources used to allow us to customize the colors of
IDL widgets on UNIX/X systems.

Apparently, not anymore? Have the resource names changed, or are
there other ways to set the colors?
