CIRA recently started ingesting EMWIN data. This is National Weather
Service data stream transmitted via the operational GOES satellites or
independent radio towers around the country. The data are the NWS
forecast or current conditions in ASCII text files, GIF and JPG imagery,
or UTF graphic format.

I was wondering if anyone has a read routine to work with the Universal
Transmission Format (UTF) with the AFOS graphic products.
