No I dont have such code, but I wonder if you really need it. The
beauty of the dialog_printjob call is that you can plot to your printer,
at full printer resolution, using existing Windows drivers, with no more
effort than repeating the code used to throw your plot on the screen. I
have (sigh of relief) abandonned the messy idl 4.x approach of
generating a ps file, then copying to a printer (and mostly getting the
plot wrongly positioned), and find the printing of images via the
Windows printer driver to be much simpler and faster.
