Hi,

I use the function call_external to execute FORTRAN
subroutines from IDL under OpenVMS, and it works fine.
Except today where I get a quite strange error:

%E, key not found in tree
%F, Message number 0001F164
%S, abort
%?, process quota exceeded
%?-NOMSG
% CALL_EXTERNAL: Error in called routine.
% Internal error: Unknown global jump in interpreter().

I have checked for common erros like: wrong list of arguments,
wrong type of the arguments, missing symbol_vector in the link, etc...
The FORTRAN subroutine has also be checked outside IDL and
works correctly.

So, has anybody an idea about the error?
Thank you for your help.
