You might ask probably also in sci.astro.research (maybe even
better) for this topic. But you also might have a look at:
http://nssdc.gsfc.nasa.gov/photo_gallery/photogallery-moon.h tml
http://sse.jpl.nasa.gov/features/planets/moon/moon.html
as starters. I'm afraid that there is obviously no complete on-line
map available? Only 'Clementine' mission provides pretty much
of what you asked for...
But I'll forward you question in-house, maybe someone can help
you more
