I'm a little confused about how to implement
menu accelerators. I'm using CW_PDMENU
and so I can get a list of the button id's. But I don't
see how to specify an X resource for each button
after the fact. (I'm assuming thats the correct way
to do it on a unix machine).

Any ideas?
