Problem with FFT routine in PV-Wave [message #1458] Mon, 04 October 1993 12:47

Im using version 4.00 of PV-Wave, and have noticed that the built in
FFT function in PV-Wave does not produce the right answer when the
number of elements in the input array is a large prime number. Taking
the FFT of a sine wave with 1009 points, followed by the inverse FFT
did not produce the original sine wave. Has anyone else noticed this?
Is it fixed in later versions? Or am I doing something wrong?
