Thanks everyone for the simple math lesson. Now that
I know the answer, I'm embarassed by my lame question.

(I really did try to find a solution to convert
between bases using natural logs, but I became twisted
in circles, and decided to solve it the brute force
approach.)

See, I knew there had to be a more elegant answer ...
