NASA's Cosmic Background Explorer (COBE) Guest Investigator System is
written entirely in IDL. It consists in part of a library of IDL
utilities (collectively called UIDL) and a menu-driven image processing
package called UIMAGE. It is available via ftp from
zwicky.gsfc.nasa.gov.
