Hi all -
I've had a couple complaints about the FAQ that I was having trouble
understanding. The lights came on this morning and I think I discovered
the source of the complaints. From the Mac platform, entering
<http://www.ivsoftware.com:8000/FAQ/> takes you to
<http://www.ivsoftware.com:8000/FAQ/default.htm> which is what I expected
everyone to see. From Internet Explorer 5.0 from Windows it takes you to
something I've never seen before. And, Boy is that a mess! Please enter
this URL for viewing the FAQ:
<http://www.ivsoftware.com:8000/FAQ/default.htm>, and let me know how
things go.
I'll make the necessary changes on this end momentarily to make sure
everyone is seeing the same thing regardless of OS Platform.
Alternatively, you can all just upgrade to a Mac :-). There's nothing like
starting your week off with a cheap shot. I feel better, already.
