Hi,

I would like to use a HP DesingJet 650 C as a HPGL/2 plotter, i.e.
I want to use tv to output a rasterplot. SET_DEVICE, 'hp' does neither
allow tv nor bits=8 and SET_DEVICE, 'pcl' does not allow loadct
and the resultant file is not recognized by the plotter.
