I am not a frequent reader of the bulletin board, so sorry if this was
already noted. In the v5.2 for Windows, there is
a bug in SLICER3 when trying to save as a TIFF.


at line 5019

TIFF_WRITE, tiffFile[0], PLANARCONFIG=2, $
RED=TEMPORARY[iR], GREEN=TEMPORARY[iG], BLUE=TEMPORARY[iB]


The brackets for TEMPORARY need to be parentheses so that TEMPORARY is
treated as a function and not a variable.
