Hi Jean -
Here's the location of the FAQ for the group, which has the answer you're
looking for: <http://www.ivsoftware.com:8000/FAQ/>
Select "List FAQ Questions" from that page. Select the "Find All Records"
button at the bottom of the next page. You should see your question listed
on the 6th record of the next page.
