I didn't want casual users to have to define any environment
variables when using pv-wave, so I wrote the following four-line script.
It can be installed as /usr/bin/wave.
(wvsetup defines wave as an alias, so the script doesn't call itself.)

# Set up environment variables, then invoke pv-wave
source ~pvi/wave/bin/wvsetup
wave
