RedHat 6.0, lmgrd error? [message #15923]

I have changed my idl script as described by Jeremy Sanders, and I have all
compat*.rpm installed. I still get a license manager error. Does anyone know
how to fix this problem? I am running on a IBM ThinkPad. Also, once the
license manager fails, I go into demo mode and that works.
