Are there any standard libraries of scatterplot symbols for 2D
scatterplots? The potential is of course limitless, but there
are relatively few built-in symbols.

Also, can one use more than one user-defined symbol per plot?
Do you simply redefine USERSYM in-between OPLOT commands?
