Hi all -
The IDL FAQ has been updated to reflect the latest 5.3 release, plus a
few other changes. It is available at
<http://www.ivsoftware.com:8000/FAQ/>. I've essentially been on hiatus
from IDL for several months due to a new contract and have not followed
the newsgroup regularly. I have [practically] all of the postings sent
to the group over the last year, but trying to make up for several
months of absence and update the FAQ will be painful at the moment. I'd
appreciate any info on the latest topics that seem to be rehashed or
anything else that ought to be put in the FAQ.
Also, you can get an HTML version of the FAQ automatically emailed to
you by sending an email to faq@ivsoftware.com. No need to put anything
in the subject or body.
