I have a problem. Does anyone know how to plot contour in polar
coordinates? Additional trouble is I have a data only in a belt, but not
in
hole circle.

Thank you in advance,
Dimok.

If they are geographical (or you can pretend they are) then just call map_set,/iso,/ster
(see doc for additional options) and then contour away.
