We have just purchased PV-WAVE CL v.4.2 recently, unfortunately
the CD sent to us can't install PV-WAVE onto a DEC with OSF/1. The
installation script only checks for Solaris, HPUX and AIX.
I have sent an e-mail to support@pvi.com on 21 Feb, which I received
an automatic respond e-mail from them, saying they will reply me in two
days time with an answer or a status of my query. I waited till 25 Feb
and there was no reply from support@pvi.com, so I sent another e-mail
that day, this time I didn't even received any automatic respond from them.
Till today, which is about 9 days days from the day I first e-mailed
them, I have yet to hear anything from them.
If anybody at support@pvi.com is reading this, can you PLEASE, tell
me what is going on at your site, and also the answer or AT LEAST a
status to my query.
I would appreciate if anybody who have any dealings with support@pvi.com
give their comments here.
