Live in the mountains 25 minutes west if you don't mind the commute. Thats
much much better than in Boulder. Also, boulder is expensive for most of
its residents but thats because they are students and coffee shops just
don't pay as well as RSI.

Oh, you should come here to Fort Collins. It's a pleasant
commute, with towering Longs Peak to look at as you drive.
Very nice.
Oh, wait! I've got a house to sell. Very reasonable
(1/3 of what you would have paid for it in the Bay Area
and probably half of what you paid for your house in
Arizona, unless I miss my guess). And I would be willing
to apply the standard discount for readers of the IDL
newsgroup. :-)
