Since noone was answering my question last week, I'm coming
back again, still looking for code to do analysis on timeseries
of 2D matrices, using:

"Empirical Orthogonal Functions" (EOF's) or even "Complex" EOF's

Besides, may I ask you for a short comment or hint on your experience
producing COLOR Postscript files with IDL Version 3.5.1, I had a lot
of trouble with scaling, positioning and color tables which I didn't
get fixed yet.

Thanks again for your help in advance & hoping to get some response
this time,

Olaf
