setenv WAVE_PATH /local/jeyadev/WAVELIB:$WAVE_PATH
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

$WAVE_PATH is set by the Wave start up script. My programmes are in
/local/jeyadev/WAVELIB.
