I'm trying to get call_external to work on v3.5.1 for Windows.
I've done this before under VMS, but am finding the chore much
worse trying to set up a DLL. The external code is fortran, and
I'd prefer to use the WATCOM 77/32 compiler to match other applications.
It has full windows DLL capabilities, so it shouldn't be too tough.

If anybody has worked through this and has some code fragments I can
use as templates, I'd be eternally grateful. Thanks.
