hello,

Does anyone have a predefined font table (or icons, or bitmaps) of all
the symbols needed in a SYNOP weather map. I am building a SYNOP
routine in IDL 3.5 and we have some symbols defined, but not all, and I
would love to find out that someone has already done this.

Thanks for any help. PLease resond to me via email, or posting (but
sometimes I don't get to all these groups, so email is better). I will
post the results if I get some if anyone else is interested in this.

thanks a bunch,

-stephen Strebel

ps: I cross posted this, and some people may receive this directly
via mail.
